Department of Bengali is one of the oldest and most prosperous department of SRF college. A balanced mixture of young dynamic teachers with senior scholar teachers has taken the department towards unique level. This department has a traditional history. Many students are passed out from here and working successfully in their career. The real strength of this department is the strong bond between teachers and students. Teachers constantly strive to make advance their students. It is with that aim that they constantly try to upgrade themselves as well as the students by organizing international seminar, adopting new teaching tools, publishing book chapters/papers etc.
