The Department of Political Science at our college is a vibrant academic hub where students delve into the intricacies of government, international relations, and public policy. Our faculty comprises seasoned scholars and practitioners who bring real-world insights into the classroom. Students explore a wide range of topics, from comparative politics to political theory, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills essential for navigating today’s complex global landscape. Through project work, and engaging coursework, students graduate well-equipped to pursue careers in government, advocacy, law, academia, and beyond. Considering its importance, the Department of Political Science was set up with the establishment of the College in the year 1965. Currently, the department is equipped with four substantive and three SACT teachers. With sufficient faculties and a great number of students, the department is one of the most active and prosperous departments of the college.
